By using the Davey Marine Yamaha & Honda Spare Parts Catalogue you agree with the Davey Marine Spare Parts Divisions terms of service. Davey Marine has the right to terminate or suspend any access to our service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You agree that your account will not be used by any other party. If you are found to be breaching this service, your access will be revoked.

The Spare Parts Division of Davey Marine requires payment of the goods before an order can be dispatched. Incorrectly ordered parts are non-refundable… Trade pricing may be updated at any time without prior notification.

The EPC has flat rate shipping based on Australian states. EPC orders are not included in the free shipping rules, all orders will incur a freight fee.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason including but not limited to incorrect pricing or failed payment. Davey Marine reserves the right to update, alter or change the full terms and conditions at any time without notification.
